Bebe Teal 100% Silk Floral Halter Ruffle Dress w/ Belt Size M Needs Repaired

This dress is super cute and classy! The photos don’t do the dress justice, the color is a bright teal. The dress ties at the neck and has a zipper at the side. It has a belt that can be removed. The dress is in good condition with some minor flaws. One of the belt straps on the side is broken, the belt will still stay in place if tied (photo 5). The zipper is also missing the pull tab (photo 9). I used a paper clip, but it can be replace with a new tab or something else can be used. It is a size medium. The Bebe tag has been removed.
