The PTP is approximately 16 inches unstretched but it does stretch another couple of inches. The waist has elastic and stretches a little too. This GB dress is so cute for summer, festivals, concerts, and rodeos. The denim reminds me of a 90s light wash. Very good pre-owned condition. There's a tiny, barely noticeable flaw (looks like a tiny snag) just below the waist I wanted to point out. Please see photos. Otherwise, no other flaws, stains, or holes.
