A rare, complementary pair of solid crystal owl sculptures designed by the legendary Vicke Lindstrand for Kosta (Sweden). These pieces represent two distinct eras of his iconic mid-century work. The Tall Owl (Model f 15): A rare early 1950s design. This "Figur" series piece features a slender, minimalist profile with delicate etched features. The Sculptural Owl (Model 2458): A classic 1960s Lindstrand design with a rounded body and deeply engraved, expressive eyes. Authenticity: Both pieces are hand-etched on the base: Tall Owl: Marked "Kosta < f 15" (Rare early 1950s hallmark). Round Owl: Marked "Kosta LG 2458" (Lindstrand/Glasbruk). Dimensions: Tall Owl: Approx. 5" H Round Owl: Approx. 3.75" H Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Clear, heavy lead crystal with no chips, cracks, or clouding.
