Vintage blue velvet maxi skirt with a fitted, non-stretch waist measuring 13 inches across when laid flat. Features a back zipper with hook and eye closure and a fully lined interior. Size is estimated as women's Small based on measurements; no brand or size tags present. Mid-weight velvet with a classic long 41" length.
