this yummy dress by Parker has a silk outer with a beautiful textural burnout Monet colored silk. It has a smock collar and waistband with plenty of stretch. The lovely full sleeves are sheer, but the remainder of the dress is lined. It’s a great little bottom ruffle, just a fun flirty , soft gift of dress in excellent condition.
