kimd3380 Hi! How would you say this runs? A true 4, smaller or larger? Does the waistband have any stretch or give? I’m asking because I would likely need to take it in but if it’s a lot it may impact the dress to an extent that it not salvageable. Thanks in advance for your help 😊
