I had the blue version of this in the late 90's, 1998 or 99 I think? This style of flocked velvety overlay carried over through Y2K. The top layer is sheer black, with velvety burnout flowers. The velvet also has a subtle "twinkle" sparkle to it. The lining is red. There is also a layer of black tulle under the skirt, for a touch of fullness. Back zip closure and two ties. Tagged as a 13/14, but runs more like a modern M. The bust is a little flexible, because of the open back. The waist is 32", and this is 57" long. Excellent condition!
