Peter Pan collar with trim. Long sleeve with working elastic at cuffs. Ruffled hemline, back buttons. Hand smocked bodice with red and green flowers, back ties. ✔️Tag has initial on it, no stains but does have 1 tiny hole on the back of the dress zoom in on picture with arrow.
