Has some obvious signs of use like the shiny stuff all over the exterior I’m not sure what it is. Looks like someone put something all over the exterior. Rubbing on corners. The interior looks in really pretty good condition. Snaps work really well. Tarnish on the hardware and the heart Still a lot of life left in it. Would look really good with a chain attached to make it a crossbody.
