Shelli Segal Lace Off-Shoulder Tulip Flutter Sleeve Wine Burgundy Cocktail Dress

Beautiful lacy off-shoulder cocktail dress with dramatic tulip flutter sleeves from Laundry by Shelli Segal. Dress is a jewel tone wine/ burgundy purple color. It has a fitted floral lace body with a matching built-in satin slip layer, and built-in padded cups in the chest so there's no need for a bra. The flutter sleeves are made with lace and chiffon fabric. There are silicone strips at the front and back of the collar to help it stay in place. Dress closes with a hidden rear zipper and hits just under the knee in length. Dress is a size 8 and is in very good used condition. Not sure if it originally came with removable shoulder straps but it does not have any. The hidden ribbons to hang it on a hanger have been removed so they don't pop out when it's worn.
