70s Mens Shearling Sheepskin Olive Green Brown Warm Winter Coat Vintage Jacket

Amazing vintage genuine shearling sheepskin men's winter coat from the 1970s. Jacket is a dark olive green with dark brown fur on the interior side. The collar folds to reveal the inner brown fur/ wool. Jacket closes with buttons covered in the same green suede. It has 2 sets of front pockets - large flap pockets for storage, and slit pockets above them to keep your hands warm. There is also one hidden zippered inner pocket. It has removable shoulder pads made of the same green shearling, which attach with velcro and can easily be taken out. It is thick, heavy, super warm and very comfortable! Jacket is in good vintage condition with some signs of wear. The buttons that close the side slits by the bottom hem have lost their green suede tops and just have the brass bases remaining, but are still functional. There is some general scuffing and some light discoloration under the buttons from the brass rubbing against the leather. Jacket is marked as a Turkish/ EU vintage size 54, and fits like a modern US size XL. Pit to pit measures about 25.5", shoulders measure about 21".
