70's Vintage Style OOAK Blouse - Size 6 - Women's Top - Women's Dress Shirt

Made for my brand French Toast Kitty, this one-of-a-kind blouse has a cobalt navy background with beige "stick" figures, umbrellas and large coral accent roses. This blouse has a semi-dagger collar, a large shimmery button down front, long sleeves and a voluminous attached tie. I believe it is a viscose blend. It has NO stretch. I would suggest it would best fit a modern size 6 possibly 9. Measurements (approximate): Bust: 38 inches MAX Length: 23.5 inches Sleeve length: 25 inches @ Hem: 44 inches In excellent vintage condition, this a brand new piece made with vintage fabric and pattern.
