70s pink floral prairie dress

1970s pink floral cottage-core, prairie maxi dress. This cutie is complete with princess sleeves/shoulders and lace trim! There is pink velvet ribbon outlining the bust and ties attached at the waist. A few inches from the hem of the sleeves there is what looks to be a a small stitched area - I am assuming that there once was elastic here...? There is a small slit on the interior on both sides indicating something was removed. You can leave it as is, as it looks normal how it is or you can experiment with elastic or ties, which would create a pouf. Unlined.
