70s true vintage sailor floral romper

True vintage 1970s 100% rayon Michael Phillips romper dress made in Canada. This super sweet one piece romper looks exactly like a dress when worn. The print gives 70s gardener vibes ! This has a super cute sailor collar that wraps around to the back of the outfit and ties up at the front of the dress. This garment buttons up at the front. The buttons are gold with a black shiny stone in the middle. In great vintage condition, barely any signs of wear. This is labelled as a size 13 and is quite big on me. I am a size small, 5’4 modelling this item. If you’re smaller you can also choose to pair with a belt around the waist for a more fitted look like I did in the photo.
