70s vintage halter floral maxi dress

1970s pink and green maxi summer dress with high halter neckline and smocked elasticised bodice cut low at the back. Has a large floral print set overtop a checked pattern. I love the pattern on this one - it's so 70s but also has a very contemporary quality that not all pieces from this era have. Labelled one size but best fits XS to at most a L, possibly M. For reference, model is 5'9" and their measurements are B 32" W 27" H 38". Brand: Reitman's Composition: 23% cotton 77% polyester There are some pin-sized dark stains and lightly yellowed areas throughout the dress which are not noticable when wearing. Elastic still has plenty of stretch and fabric looks crisp without pilling. Waist: stretches up to 17.75" Hips: 21" Neck to waist (neckline sits around collarbone): 12" Waist to hem: 36" Measurements taken flat - please compare to one of your own garments!
