70s vintage multi coloured polka dot white frilly disco dress

Beautiful vintage dress from The French Fact. White with multi coloured tiny polka dots. Frilly, scalloped hem, layered dress with tie up straps and a cinched waist. Truly gorgeous and unique, photos don’t do it justice. The size tag has broke off, but it fits a medium best. The waist is stretchy from 28-31”. Excellent condition.
