Vintage 90s periwinkle sheer midi open short sleeve blazer

Vintage 90s Vanessa Stevens blazer. Not sure what else to call this piece than a blazer, but it’s not really a blazer. Periwinkle sheer fabric, short sleeve, about knee length open with one clasp at chest and side slits. Super unique item and would look great with a pair of shorts or over a mini dress! Size 13-14 fits XL. Excellent condition. There are shoulder pads but sewn in lightly can easily be cut out.
