8 by YOOX is a fascinating label in that they were launched only in 2018 by luxury retail giant YNAP, using AI-interpreted data to develop their designed in Italy collections. I've been following them since their launch, and I find their collections to be both cohesive and on point, as well as reasonably priced for entry level luxury. They have also implemented sustainability initiatives throughout their entire supply chain encompassing something like 90% of their latest collection. Needless to say, they've been wildly successful and well received. So far every item I've bought from this label has been a pleasant surprise in terms of both overall quality and how much mileage I get. This shoe is a delightful hybrid of pump and bootie that embodies understated sexiness in a subtle neutral shade. These could work with a whole range of styles from casual to formal. Marked EU41, they fit my size 9.5 feet like a very sexy glove and while I covet the crap out of these shoes, I cannot truly do them justice. These shoes are perfect for when you're trying to be artfully sexy without overdoing it; would look equally amazing with a mock-neck body-con midi dress or a long flowy cream silk gown.
