VINTAGE 80’s EMBELLISHED SILK TUNIC TOP Frank Usher Silk Tunic Top with Deep V Neckline, half Sleeves and Scalloped He,line. Top is deep Cobalt Blue Silk embellished with Iridescent Cobalt Blue and Black Sequins along with Beads in coordinating colours. Top closes in Back with a Zipper and single hook and eye.
