80s Smocked Dress - Handmade, Vintage, one of a kind 🧡

This vintage listing is for a yellow hand-smocked children’s dress. It’s from the early 80s and I wore it as a little girl. Sat in my mom’s closet for years. There is no sizing tag, but I think I wore it sometime around 3/4 years old give or take a few years. Measurements on the ground: Armpit to armpit: 9.5 inches Length: 23 inches
