80s party dress floral print, drop waist short sleeve size 9

⭐Description⭐ Very pretty 80's day to night dress. The colors are pattern are fun an unique. ITs quite a flattering dress with the gathered waist and lovely flutter sleeves. The waist is dropped with flowy skirt. This is a size nine. It fits tightly on the model, maybe it would look better a little less tight. ⭐Condition ⭐ Excellent condition. I have 2 of these, one has a tag so I assuming they are brand new. Maybe samples. ⭐Measurements taken flat ⭐ There is no stretch and no zipper.
