80s vintage black fringed western embellished retro cotton short midi dress

this is an incredible embellished vintage dress by RISKY# from the late 80s or early 90s featuring a fully bedazzled and bejeweled front – I love that the design is accompanied by fringe, which adds a funky western flair! the dress is adorned with clear and pink gemstones, gold studding, and decorative gold metal mesh details. the dress features a crew neckline, short/half sleeves, big shoulders (there are removeable Velcro shoulder pads), and an above-knee mini/midi bottom hemline. the fit of the dress is oversized, boxy and comfortable, and the fabric is untagged, but it feels like a sturdy cotton. the garment goes on pullover style, and is unlined. size is untagged but I would say this best fits womens size medium or large – however, please check measurements. in great vintage condition with light distressing around fringes. measurements (lying flat): shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 19” bust (pit to pit): 20.5” across sleeve length (measured from sleeve seam): 9" centre back length: 32”
