80s vintage nova scotia halifax canada coastal sailing graphic pullover sweater

this lovely vintage pullover sweater from the late 80s features a nautical graphic of a sailing boat, compass and boat wheel on a body of water, and a text that reads “bluenose halifax nova scotia” (art credit: golden silk screening 1989). the body of the sweater is white and it is long sleeved with a crew neckline, and ribbed at the cuffs and bottom hem. the fabric is a thick cosy cotton blend, and the sweater has a pullover closure. size is untagged but I would say this best fits womens size small. in great vintage condition besides light discolouration around the neckline, tiny stain on the sleeve, some thinning of fabric in the shape of a vertical line on the back, and light pilling. measurements (lying flat): shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 19” bust (armpit to armpit): 20” across (40” when doubled) sleeve length: 23” armpit to bottom hem: 14.5” centre back length: 24.5” bottom hem opening: 16”
