90s orange & pink short-sleeved tropical blouse

Vintage short-sleeved and lightweight tropical blouse in shades of pink, orange, and purple! Great for the summer, or wear it as a transitional piece over a turtleneck! This item has shoulder pads. From D'Allaird, a Canadian brand; based on my research this item was likely made in Canada.
