Unisex 90s abstract turtle print short-sleeved blouse

Vintage 90s abstract turtle print short-sleeved blouse in blue, black, and white! No tag, but feels like polyester or similar. There are no shoulder pads. This item is unisex and is cut straight. However, the shoulders are narrow which indicates this was designed as womenswear. Due to the shoulders I estimate this would fit a women's M-L / men's S best.
