90s vintage button down floral midi dress with polka dot insert

Super cute 90s vintage dress. Midi length short sleeve dress with tie in back to cinch the waist. Unique dress that has a floral print crepe fabric that has 3 buttons and opens with a blue polka dot insert. Looks like two dresses in one. There are shoulder pads but those can be cut out. Size large but fits medium better. Excellent condition.
