925 sterling silver blue heart and clear gems on the sides

My ex got me this and said that it was a blue sapphire with diamonds, but I have no way of knowing for sure so that’s why I didn’t identify the stone in the title it could be a real sapphire. It could be a different stone I don’t know, but as far as I know, it is a blue sapphire.
