gizzysmom67 Hello @rollandmerch I've noticed you keep sharing the 1 same item (green sleeveless top) over and over again for days. Sometimes a bunch of times hourly over the same day. Always just that 1 same item? I appreciate the shares but confused on why it's always that same item? I thought maybe you were hoping for a price reduction (& I did lower it) but still those same shares?

I promosi I will try not do do that again so I will have to unfollow you. The reason I am posting more is because I need to get the Ambassador status and the ONLY reason I need it is because of the ability to upload a CSV file. .... continued

rollandmerch @gizzysmom67 ... Part 2... I don't know why Poshmark makes it so hard for sellers who just want to use a CSV file. I am selling on other platforms too so I use CSV file to upload items. I can't do that till I get the ambassador status which is totally silly. I need a few more shares to go (about 1000 shares) and then I am done and become hopefully ambassador. rollandmerch @gizzysmom67 part 3 ... Now. the second question is - and thank you for asking me - is it an item from another seller or is it my item? Because I do not sell any green top. If you could tell me, perhaps message me what item is it. I suspect you are not talking about my profile round Logo in poshmark. It's perhaps another seller item I keep sharing and I didn't notice. rollandmerch @gizzysmom67 ... and if it is your item... (I reread your original message), then perhaps it is because I just pick that as the top pick item because that is showing in my feed. I share items from my feed. If this is your item, it is because it is showing featured in my feed. So I simply share the item that shows up. Since you are the seller, that's what gets shared. ...

rollandmerch @gizzysmom67 I believe this is how Poshmark works. I only can share another item if that item shows in my feed or if I specifically visit your store and share another item from there. I am still learning about Poshmark so I am sorry if this looks stupid But the goal is to get more sales for you in the end even if I share the same item. That's what shows in my feed abd that is what I share.

I can see what's shared of mine. And you've shared that 1 same shirt probably a hundred times. Believe me I'm not complaining & appreciate the shares! I just wasn't sure why.

gizzysmom67 The shirt I was asking about (you've shared) is for sale in my closet. And also you can always share anybody anything whenever you'd like to. You don't need to wait until they show up in your feed or anything else. You always want to share as much as you can. Especially in the beginning. Because that's how you get your stuff seen. And also how you can build up a base of followers. You also want to always follow anyone you can. The more you follow, the more that will follow you back!

gizzysmom67 I've also shared a bunch of your stuff. And I just did more right now. I know Posh can be a bit confusing when you're new, so please feel free to ask me anything you'd like to. I'm always happy to help anyone I can. Just be sure to always tag the person you are speaking to. If you don't, they can sometimes miss a notification. If they're tagged the chance of them not missing your question or comment is much better.

gizzysmom67 Lastly, I'm not sure what you mean about loading a file. I'm thinking it's a way to possibly load a bunch of items at once? If so I'm really not sure about that. I don't have multiples of the same items. And because each one is the only one I have of that item, I need to put the size, description & anything else I'd like to add. I just know how to do this one listing at a time.

rollandmerch @gizzysmom67 Thank you. Your response was helpful. Thank you for being a kind heart. For the file, you can use Excel to create CSV of XLS file and upload your listings to Poshmark or edit them quickly. It's called bulk upload tool. I use Airtable to manage listings and upload to many different platforms. So I hope I'll be able to do that with Poshmark because that is what it says is one benefit of the Ambassador program.

rollandmerch @gizzysmom67 If you only sell clothing you probably stay on Poshmark only or you could use cross posting tools to other platformsike Depp oop or eB yay etc. Then you don't need worry about CSV.

gizzysmom67 @rollandmerch Hi yes I only have clothing/accessories/jewelry/shoes from my own personal closet. For me it would be too confusing on multiple sites. I've been on Posh a few years now & as of now it works for me. It was nice "meeting" you. And again please don't hesitate to ask if you think I can help with something 😊
