@racheloc12 Yes, good for you๐ that your instinct of "it didn't feel right" was right!๐ I read a really sad issue from a new Posher the other day who got caught in one of those. I still don't understand how the scammer was able to swindle over $900 from the Posher (my mind doesn't work that way), but it made me want to cry for her because she's out the money now since she took it offline, PM isn't responsible. If those come across in my comments, I block them.

Hey @racheloc12 I just wanted to message you and tell you that shoes were shipped 2 days after you purchased them - I personally drop everything off at my post office. The tracking isn't showing up on Posh or when I plug in on USPS website. I have reached out to poshmark twice about the issue and I'm checking this everyday - if you receive them and somehow they skip tracking all together could you let me know? Thank you and I won't let this go unresolved!

@katiemarissa86 hey Katie! Thanks fir following up in this matter - on my end on the app, it says "awaiting shipment" meaning it hasn't been shipped out yet. So it sounds like the post office either lost the item or didn't ship it. I would go to them. But I'll go through my boxes that are unopened at home and see if they are there just in case. I remember seeing something from a Katie but it wasn't a shoe box shape???!

@racheloc12 yes thatโs how itโs showing up on my side too, as โawaiting shipmentโ. I have been selling on posh for a year and Iโve learned to even scan in what I send myself at the kiosk inside USPS - so this is bizarre! There were other packages that went out the same day that are delivered already. I definitely mailed them in a box so if you donโt find them let me know. Iโll make sure to get posh to fix it for us or even just YOU if nothing turns up in the next few days.

@katiemarissa86 hey hun, no nothing at my home, and I opened every box ! And I've been shopping for my new home and summer wardrobe so it was ALOT! I would go to your USPS office and speak to supervisor see if they can find this box maybe it fell on the floor under a cart and it's just right there and they aren't seeing it. IDK! But I'll definitely help in whatever way I can

Iโm going to the post office today to drop off stuff, Iโm going ask for speak with the manager and see if thereโs a chance itโs there. If this isnโt resolved or show up to your house by Friday I will ask Poshmark to refund you. Does that sound fair and work for you?
