A super cute summer dress that is lined at the bottom by Love21 in size small. This dress has a back zipper with a tie in the back as well. The dress is 100% Polyester. This dress was purchased in Holland - same label as Forever 21. It is stunning and looks great with a navy or black blazer/sweater. Gently used.
