It features a collar neck with a D link clasp to tie it, ruffled cold shoulder sleeves with 3 layered bell sleeves. An elastic drawstring waistband that tightens. A low cut V neck bustline that an pinned for more coverage and a flowy asymmetrical wrap skirt that is lined underneath mid thigh. And it also has a low back. Quite the details 🙃 It's a chiffon material sheer in some places. I purchased this in Chicago. It's a size M but could fit a S or large depending on your measurements and the drawstring waist.
