Silk BEBE beaded Royal Blue Dress Jewel Tone Summer

Up for sale is a beautiful silk cobalt colored fit and flare dress by BeBe. It features a royal blue and silver beaded neckline. It is sheer under the beading and has a zipper at the back. It is lined with satin underneath. There is no size tag or fabric but I remember it being 100% silk exterior and probably size small (since that's my size) but see measurements below. Measurements Pit to pit 17" Bust 16" Waist 15" Length 33" It does need to be steamed and is probably dry clean only. The colour on this dress is gorgeous. Very unique piece.
