ASOS Boohoo dress size US12 UK16

Lightweight striped dress, blue and white. Off shoulder, side ties on each sleeve. Never worn. Would be cute with a brown belt. Doesn't suit me -- ordered from ASOS and was too pricey to return. I'm 5'5" and it hits above knee on me. Tage attached but no pricetag, came like this.
