Ombre colour from light blue to dark blue. Thin denim fabric. Elastic waistband with belt hole. Denim belt is provided. Can style with rolled up sleeves or them down. Can also style the dress as a jacket over a shirt. Bust is 31” Maximum waist is 29”. Elastic waist to end of skirt is 16”. Full length is 30.5”. NO RETURN It’s a kids size but it fits an adult xs-xxs.
