I love everything from that era. People were charming, women, delicate but strong. It's the lost "feminism" feminists should protest about: equal rights and being gorgeous again, just because we can. You've definitely inspired me to up my game, which I've been meaning to do for the last year but the listings in my closet I'm wanting to remove so I have a general theme like yours, keep selling but I want to remove anything that doesn't fit my style of high end boho chic as well as higher end classic pieces with some vintage and upcycled mixed in.

@abrookins168 But I started 3 years ago selling because my mom had passed and I had so much from her beautiful closets as well as all my cheaper "fat clothes" I'd purchased when I gained so much weight while she was sick and then lost so much more after she passed but I'm going to streamline it and just take the tax write-off and your photos have definitely inspired me! @abrookins168 and that's really my focus now is designing my own pieces from denim and other vintage pieces and fabrics, velvet for one. I've learned the basics from a local lady I found on Nextdoor and going to rely on YouTube videos for the rest but I can say if I was a petite woman I'd definitely be wearing what you have and design. @abrookins168 I'm going to look into that since I really didn't continue long with the lady I'd found. She was really sweet and got me going immediately when I was overwhelmed just learning to thread my machine but I have really bad anxiety since going into menopause instantly a few years ago after having surgery and I tend to cancel and postpone lessons when it's bad so online would probably work better for me anyway.

@abrookins168 I was just reading O magazine last night though and read where Oprah was having pretty much my exact symptoms and she went on an estrogen cream and said it instantly changed her life so I'm going to make an appointment, can't believe I've been going 5 years like this and not going for treatment. @abrookins168 adored like a 2nd mother and me a zombie at his apartment for weeks and had to switch into sarcastic warrior mode and get him to laugh as they're rushing me into surgery after telling me I might likely not make it. I could write a book but I made him laugh and that's all that mattered then so he wouldn't freak out. Anyway, I'm going to look up the online classes. And go look at your blog now.

@abrookins168 my other 3 children still aren't ready to be tested just out of fear but it's been a constant my whole life. And it probably took me at least a year to wrap my head around testing positive since it means my chances are a lot higher now for getting 4 types of cancer, kidney being one but I had that at 33 and had my left kidney removed. So I know a lot about how hard it is taking care of someone sick and I'm always here to talk💕
