Hi Courtney, your Zara jacket was shipped on 2/10/2021, the day after you ordered it but for some reason the tracking has never started. This has happened to me once before, when the tracking actually started when the customer received the item. So let’s not worry just yet. However since it is still very odd that tracking hasn’t started for so many days. I did report this to Poshmark just minutes ago.

@courtney_kaye good morning love, have you received the Overshirt yet? USPS tracking still has not yet start. All my other orders shipped out that same day have been delivered. If it hasn’t you might have to report it to Poshmark for resolution. I do have one more XS-S available so don’t worry.

@courtney_kaye oh no! Sorry to hear that. You should definitely report it to Poshmark. I will take my other XS-S off the listing in case you need to rebuy it again. For now, let wait and see what Poshmark says. I know they do reimburse if the package is confirm lost.

@helena90275 Hey babe posh let me know that we’ve both been refunded and marked the package as lost, I think I’m going to wait to repurchase at this time and just see if it still turns up at some point. I actually originally bought it for the trip that I just got back from, I live in FL and our weather is about to get really hot so I’m not sure I would be able to wear it again anytime soon 😢 Thanks so much for all of your help! At least neither of us lost any money 💕
