Hi! I'm Jen. I love clothes and I love fashion. I am meticulous and respectful with all of my garments; I even have my closet arranged by color. You will see a lot of my listings in Excellent Used Condition or notes that I only worn a couple of times. This is because I buy more than I can wear and I abide by the "1 in, 1 out" rule. I promise that I will not misrepresent any of my items and am happy to answer any questions. Items in my closet are all my own that I bought for myself.

jgiles04 @tmora9969 thank you. I just heard about this site and started googling due to my frustration with brick & morter consignment shops. They don't want to take your clothes and you get pennies to the dollar on items that have only been worn once. I am glad I found this site! Any tips you have for successfully selling would be greatly appreciated. Like most, I always have way more clothes than I can actually wear 😀

I had a buyer purchase a dress from me and I have received the shipping label (but I haven't shipped yet). She then sent me a message asking if she could add a pair of pants to the order. Do any of you know how we can do this and not have her get charged twice for shipping? And I am obviously not just going to give her the pants for free... And we are outside of the 3 hour window.

sweetstacks @jgiles04 Hi Jennifer! One option would be to cancel the order (let her know) and let her bundle the two together to save her on shipping. You can then ship out the two together. 😊

focofit @jgiles04 Hi there! Have you tried canceling the transaction? I think you as a seller have longer than a three hour period to cancel a sale. That should refund her her money back. At that point she can create a bundle or you can create a listing that includes those two items.

jgiles04 @focofit I think that is the route to go. I sent her a message and will see when she responds. I am fairly new to this site. When you say "create a listing" with those 2 items, does that mean I can create a custom listing for her? If yes, how? :)

focofit @jgiles04 yes you can create a custom listing!😉 you do the same thing as a regular listing but you include photos of both items and in the description you would put something about both items. Then in the comment section you can tag your seller’s closet name so they can see that specific listing.
