I would start off by letting go of milk & switching to coconut/almond milk then by not eating grains, even now I still break being paleo & aim for the cheesecake or Ice cream 🙈🙈🙈 I count my calories & try to stay under the 1,200 limit. Weight loss is all numbers ... 3,500 cals= 1lb fat so reduce 500 cals (one bag of Cheetos is 700 calories) a day from your diet every day = 1lb off a week 😊👍

kitty_cat_lilly @ama1979 honestly paleo is like any other food subject, it's how you want it to be, some are extremists & fallow it word by word as if it were law, others use what they want & leave what does not benefit them, I personally use what the body needs & it needs salt, not a lot but it needs some, I use pink Himalayan salt since it's more flavorful with less grains
