Sometimes if a buyer lowers the price by 10% from the lower price it's ever been it MIGHT send out an email to anyone who has liked the item offering free shipping but it isn't guaranteed. I have so much to list and I'm lucky to get 8-10 posted a day. We just moved and I'm realizing I have too much stuff. Funny how you really don't notice how much you have until you have to pack it. Needless to say, I'm getting addicted and my husband is getting jealous. 😊
