Sometimes if a buyer lowers the price by 10% from the lower price it's ever been it MIGHT send out an email to anyone who has liked the item offering free shipping but it isn't guaranteed. Posh mark will also do closet clear out days where it is guaranteed, usually during a holiday weekend. Please let me know if this helps!

pamperedpavers @shosh524 AWE THANKS, I've got to figure out how to do it a little faster. I'm kinda slow. Takes me a while to take the pictures, I guess because I don't want them to look boring. I have so much to list and I'm lucky to get 8-10 posted a day. We just moved and I'm realizing I have too much stuff. Funny how you really don't notice how much you have until you have to pack it. Needless to say, I'm getting addicted and my husband is getting jealous. 😊
