Thanks so much for checking out my closet. I love Posh!! When I'm not poshing, I'm a busy single mom to a gorgeous 18 year old girl and a 8 year old boy. My daughter gives me her clothes she no longer wears, so you might see some of her items on here too! Several of my friends have also started bringing me clothes to sell for them!!! mizfabulousity @stephrhodes I don't do CC in Spanish but I do teach it to my own kids. I figure math is math n when they go off to college , another country or jobs math will be math not common core math ; I do see my teacher friends struggling to teach CC math n parents are not happy . How about your parents ?

stephrhodes @mizfabulousity most of my parents are still trying to figure it out. My concern is the developmental appropriateness. Also, in Washington, 3rd grade had to give the SBAC in March to asses what they should know in June! Then we have to meet with each parent of kids who don't pass to discuss retention. This is a new law in WA.

poshmishmosh I'm 40 and will have 20 years in after next year, so I'm planning to take the early retirement and supplement my income with Poshmark. If it doesn't work, I can always work part time in retail or substitute teach. I'm feeling confident about Poshmark though. I joined in September 2013, and business is doing very well even working at it part time. I'm thinking full time on here can only increase sales. I enjoy it so very much!

I taught 3rd grade for 10 years and now am the teacher librarian so see all the kids k-5. Our 2nd grade cohort is a rough bunch! I think because they missed the social skills that are so important to learn in Kindergarten when we were shut down! Typically I love that age tho!
