pinklady712 Welcome to Poshmark and happy selling/buying. One tip I found that helped me sell more was to become a Posh Ambassador. If you click on the bottom right on your profile and then go to My Posh Stats, I believe you will see at the top something about becoming a Posh Ambassador. Once you fulfill all of the requirements you will become a Posh Ambassador. Your name will then appear under a special list and you will gain more followers which will hopefully yield more sales for you! Have fun! 🙂

spotteddingo @flowerchildsoul so what am I supposed to do then? I haven't received it yet, but my USPS account says that it'll be delivered today, do I just contact poshmark customer service or something?

flowerchildsoul I am still waiting to hear back from Poshmark, I emailed them as soon as I heard from the other Posher yesterday evening, but it said that it can take up to 24 hours to hear back from them. Once you receive the package, I would just not even open it, that way you don't have to repackage it ;)

flowerchildsoul Poshmark will mail you a new shipping label. I am requesting that they just send ones so that you can just exchange with each other rather then back to me, and I resend it, but I don't know their exact policy on that. But in short answer to your question, Poshmark will be getting in touch with you with the instructions. Again, my sincerest apologies!!!

spotteddingo @flowerchildsoul ya, poshmark never mailed me a label and the other person waited for like an extra week after I mailed hers before finally mailing mine.... no worries, it just would have been nice if poshmark had done what they said they were going to do.
