soaringserenity Hey! @melercise I wanted to apologize for your disappointment on the Alice + Olivia Blouse. I personally kept it hung since it's such a delicate shirt. I'm so sorry it arrived wrinkled. Also, the stain. I'm not sure if was there before packaging. I did inspect and did not notice anything. I know I can't fix it, but I wanted to sincerely apologize to you for this!

chellebee69 @melercise Just wanted to say Thank You So Much for your honesty with me regarding a recent purchase. I've had sellers be way less than truthful when trying to make a sale. They basically roll the dice to see if I'll file for a return or not after I receive faulty goods. Personally I think that's a character flaw but seems to be more common practice nowadays.
