Great find on this amazing dress! Classic styling with a tiny cap sleeve, dress shirt collar, fabric buttons down the front that open, a 6 inch side zipper, fit and flair style with a light and airy skirt. It’s a dark blue with gray polkadots. Thicker interfacing at the top gives it lots of structure while the skirt is free flowing and airy. Wonderful piece for work or add a hat and heels for a wedding guest look. Looking at the pictures, the waistband is one and a half inches long.
