laramartini Hello! I love this dress but I’ve read that this brand fits smaller than most US brands - any idea of the hip measurement?

ermccartney @laramartini hi there! Laid flat, It’s 21 inches at the hips, 20 inches from pit to pit, 41 inches from the top of front zipper to the hem, and the arms are 20 inches. Let me know if you have any more questions!

stdemetrios Hi-I am really unsure of the Akris sizing. What size equivalent would you say this really is? Like a size 8? It’s definitely measuring kinda tight, not like a true size US14

ermccartney @stdemetrios hi there I’m sorry I don’t want to say what size it “actually” is because women’s clothes are so wildly varied. This was my mom’s and when she wore it, she was likely a US size 12. But please refer to the measurements provided in the prior comment to determine if it will fit you. Thanks!
