All Saints Spitalfields Flag Skirt

Bought this years ago in California. It’s got a nice weight and tons of volume. It’s a beautiful skirt. Tagged size 6. I had the waist taken in slightly to sit a bit higher instead of on the hip. Please see measurements. 100% Cotton Freshly dry cleaned Color blocking in a rusty red, taupe and sand color. Waist: 13:5” Length: 19”
