Lightweight red floral dress smock or ruching on top which is stretchy. The seam along the top neck line and arms is an open hem ( see photos ). Has an attached belt that can be tie in front or back. The dress is thin without lining. In good condition. No stains or holes noted. There are light signs of wear around the top open hem.
