klindqui1 Cindy, I sent out packages today forgot to get yours ready I’m sorry 😐I printed your shipping label I’m hoping that I did not put it on the other buyers box ! If you receive it plz ship it back as item not as described!! I’m shipping yours out and I printed a new label to ensure that you get your package 👍 my cat had a bladder blockage and had emergency surgery he’s in hospital for a couple more days so my mind isn’t right 😐 I truly apologize if I made this mistake❣️

athriftycloset @klindqui1 so sorry about your cat. no worries common issue. Email poshmark. This way it won’t count against you (if I put not as described). Heads up since you duplicated a label one will not be delivered. You can’t use same label. Hopefully you can call poshmark before this happens. If I get the wrong item I will hold it until you get new label from poshmark

athriftycloset @klindqui1 I had this happen to another one of my orders. They will send me a new label by email and I am not sure what will happen to second box of reprint label. More than likely post office will send it back to you for unpaid postage. Keep me posted.

athriftycloset @klindqui1 Are you going to the support section? They usually answer in 24hrs. You’ll have to tell them you want the label to go back to you. When this happen to me a seller sent my purchase somewhere else. I was on the buyers end of this so I am not sure how it works other than the seller telling me he contacted poshmark support.

klindqui1 Cindy, you can track the duffle bag as it’s started shipping I’m sure you’ll get it soon but you don’t need to ship the other item back until you receive your package if you don’t want too 😊

athriftycloset @klindqui1 The tracking I have is for the item that arrived today. I think because it was the same label and it arrived first. I’m not able to track the duffle bag. It’s ok I trust you mailed it. As soon as I get your label for return I will send it back to you. It’s not mine and the right thing to do is send it back. Did poshmark say anything about a return slip for it?

atman3 Hi, I received your rating for the NWT Coach toiletry bag. I sent the bag through USPS on 5/23 to the address supplied by Poshmark, and tracking showed delivery on 5/25. I hope you would consider changing your rating, since I have no control over the package once it is given to USPS. I contacted Poshmark to make them aware of the situation. Hopefully this doesn't happened again to you. All the best.
