nicolerene83 Hey love. Okay so first of all, My boyfriend dropped it at the ups store bc the post office was closed and they gave it back because it is for usps. ( he didn’t know ) Then I realized he didn’t use a priority box. So when I was checking your box before putting it into a priority mailed, I noticed the necklace clamp claw wasn’t fully closed. I opened it to see what was up and it gets stuck.
