Posh Ambassador since 2017 & Ambassador 2 since 2022. Very Proud Mother of 4 & Fur Kids ♡ We all have struggles. You can let circumstances control your life or live life best you can! Everything changes. Appreciate being alive. Storms never last & you won't see a rainbow unless you look... I've struggled with my health all my life. I want others, like you, to take care of themselves mentally, physically & emotionally. Never rely on Dr's, your life is in your own hands! If something doesnt feel right push Drs for answers! You know yourself better than anyone! I was recently diagnosed with Endometriosis, which I've had for over 30 years. Please educate yourself on Endometriosis. Most of us suffer an average of 7-10 years before a diagnosis. It definitely should not take 30+ yrs to be diagnosed! They say it's not fatal, but it almost cost me my life. I had a Islamic Stroke in 2010,which I informed numerous Drs, including atleast 3 Nuerologists, of the Signs/Symptoms. It took 10 years before being diagnosed. I have a Congenital Heart Defect, which took over 40 yrs to diagnose. I had a Kidney/Bladder diagnosis as a child, but the drs failed to inform us. I found out 30+ yrs later thru testing & records; which finally explained some stuff. I wish I was healthy; I do my absolute best... while watching others destroy their good health without any appreciation for what they have... Be Thankful for your good health if you have it. It's your most valuable & irreplaceable possession.

One thing I'm curious about is the little arrow down button that shows up in the upper right hand corner of the items I list... What does it mean? Thanks again! ronr2g Thanks for sharing my listings Tori :) Quick question, have you ever experienced issues with not receiving a shipping label after someone purchased one of your items? I’m have my that issue and I’ve emailed Poshmark Customer support, but they haven’t responded yet. The money is pending in my balance, but there’s no shipping label. It’s weird. To top things off, the posher’s profile doesn’t exist anymore. I’m already hesitant to send it out, but even then I don’t have a label to begin with.

frenchmartin @ronr2g I told ya I would 😁 I never check my mail. I click on the notification saying it was purchased & print that way. I put it in the mail faster that way. I wasn’t checking the boxes saying I shipped. So even though I would ship the same day, my average is 1.5... I’m considered fast Shipper, but I’m marking the boxes now & rather than waiting for it to start tracking.

ronr2g @frenchmartin Thanks again for helping me out, Tori. So I contacted Poshmark and they said there was an error with the buyer’s shipping address. I also told them that the user no longer existed when I clicked on his profile picture. They told me it was a guest user or something like that. Not sure what that is, but apparently our listings can be seen on Google as well. They said the user managed to update his shipping address and created a Poshmark acct.

I'm from a little village in Germany and grew up with grandparents aunts uncles cousins it was wonderful.👍😘 But the travel bug got ahold of me. I left when I was 18 working in England and then started traveling. I have traveled the world as a travel agent and now I keep on going. 🤔Yes your son needs to travel if he has to desire. It's hard to let go but we need to let them experience life.😘

Of course there was that little store with everybody went. What a beautiful way to grow up, meeting people and learn so much without even realizing it. awesome😚 How big was the little village? Did you move to a bigger place in the meantime? It's funny at the time I didn't think it was the greatest place to be. 😘

Customers became friends & even family. 1 customer adopted our family & still spends all his holidays & special occasions with us 😊 I rented our rental house to a couple for a few years. I met her in 1990. Were still friends with many of the customers, I got lots of stories myself 😀 They sold the store almost 18 years ago ❤️

These days we all garden 💕 I believe our experiences help make who we are 🌹If you don't mind me asking, how did you end up where you are now? Do you plan on growing roots? 😉

frenchmartin @shogirl123 Thank You ❤️ I’m managing better 😄 I have Fibromyalgia & Gastroparesis among others... I’m on a very limited diet. Mostly liquid... But I’m not as sick as I was 😄 I also have smaller stuff like low thyroid, neuropathy, degenerative disk & quite a few others... It would be allot easier if I wasn’t raising 4 kids also... But I’m alive; things could always be worst 😊

frenchmartin @shogirl123 Thank You ❤️ It’s been tough. I’ve never been healthy & bad enough with back issues. But being diagnosed with chronic fatigue after having it for 13 years then Fibro right after, then nueropathy... Drs are no help with the neuropathy or Chronic fatigue. But they Blamed all my gastro problems, migraines, etc on Fibro. Took another 8 years & getting this bad before finally getting the help I needed.

I’m finding out now that it’s likely from malnutrition. I want to create a blog, videos or write a book on what I’ve delt with so I can help others going through something like I have.

frenchmartin @shogirl123 I’ve found with Posh, the more you work on it, the more you will sell. It’s taken me time to build up my inventory & now I still have hundred of items that I need to list. My oldest moved out so I have a whole posh room now 😄 Eventually I’ll sell my handmade jewelry. After that I plan to get back into my art. I grew up working in my grandparents store & always good in sales which is why Posh was perfect ❤️

frenchmartin @shogirl123 I plan on getting a manaquine also, but not easy to find an affordable one. Less pictures saves time but you may have to be extra descriptive which may cause more work. I think it depends on what it is. I prefer more pictures so I don’t have to describe as much. I also like showing the measurements, easier. You’ll figure out what works best for you 😊

frenchmartin @awade87 No poshmark doesn't send them out. It's up to us to keep track of our sales. If it's something you bought for resale you have to claim it the year it sells. If it's something you bought new they don't expect you to claim it unless it's something you were able to resell for profit. You'll want to keep receipts of items bought for resale. Always a good idea to look into all the tax rules.

But my older son Jared is an investment banker and my mini me Adam is entering his masters program in mechanical engineering! I’m so glad they steered clear of my career in health care! Sold hatching eggs online, had a website, returning customers from all over, good healthy birds & lots of them... but then my health got worst; 8 yrs ago. I was never healthy anyways. This is the closest I’ve been since then to doing something I love while making $ 😄

It’s easy to drop prices low to get sales, but I don’t suggest it unless you really want it to go. I like to just keep adding to my closet 💕

zardiva1 @frenchmartin I had a 🐶 who died at 15, and I considered him as my little brother too, when we first got him (I was 10). But in his later years, I saw him as being more like a son instead, since I had started completely taking over his care by then. Pandy will be 15 in about a month from now, and still has a few of his lives left, LOL 😆

Drs still figuring out the cause or if its Gastroparesis. They really aren’t much help but sure like the $... I’m managing... Thank You for asking ❤️ How are you??

I do understand the crummy cycle of having ailments, going to doctors and not getting answers. And how expensive it all gets. I have GI issues on top of way to many other issues but since there’s so many malfunctions with my body, it’s to the point that I deal with whatever is the worst. I’ve also had chronic problems for a very long time ...

I think I’ve always had gastro probs, never been healthy.. Chronic Fatigue & Derealization since 1999. Degenerative Disk/Arthritis/Scoliosis (injury in 2005).

frenchmartin @mk_rose_bud But really went down hill in 2009... Fibromyalgia, Neuropathy, I get migraine like headaches & terrible vomiting (Bile) but Drs blames Fibro all these years. I lost allot of weight & finally see a gastrologist but not getting enough help. Slow Gastric Emptying, Likely Gastroparesis... Low FODMAP diet, Intolerant to most food; Not much I can eat except eggs, raspberries, bananas, potatoes, corn... I live on protein drinks & vitamin supplements.

Drs don’t take the time to listen; always looking for easy answers & running the same tests saying the same stuff... I don’t have much respect for most Drs... I did that but was such a waste of time & with 4 kids, always more important stuff to do. But having your own online store is pretty Amazing when we’re so limited ❤️ for me it’s a game/hobby & lets us have a little savings 😄 Just have fun. & try not to let it be work. Our internet was down for 2 weeks, that was tough to keep up... I get allot of Posh alerts which is great, but hard to keep up usually anyways. Sometimes I fall way behind following/sharing. I like keeping active on here, keeps my mind busy while being so limited. But these days arm pain has been worst at times so harder to do anything...

But stuff needs done & I often don’t have a choice. My family is active. I was running our farm when things got worst & had to let it all go but we still have chickens, garden, etc. 3 of my kids are teens so can help out more, but they are also still allot of work... Especially with me preparing allot more food lol

I find other ways to spend time with them. I get Low Iron allot & anemic sometimes.. I’ve been Hypo Thyroid for a long time, med doesn’t process fast enough for something because of the Slow Gastric Emptying.

frenchmartin @shogirl123 For almost 9 years I’d get a deep in the bone vibration. It’s just so uncomfortable, muscles & Joint Pain would seem worst. My pain med (Tram) is the only thing that would numb it. Horrible.. Finally a Dr told me to take Iron supplements & that has helped as long as I’m taking it. Have you had anything like that? How are you doing? It’s never easy having any health problem & makes it hard to take care of our loved ones...

But even now, things could always be worst. Im just happy to be alive & Lucky to have my family & friends that have helped over the years, couldn’t of done it without them ❤️ I know not everyone has that... I’m Sorry... I could actually write a book on my history so easy to talk once I start lol

Anyone on Poshmark can see your item when you share to Parties so it gets more views & better chance of selling sooner ❤️

frenchmartin @sehenkel Tests from almost 3 years ago shows inflammation in my intestine which was never looked into, likely Crohn’s. That is likely what I’ve been struggling with for almost 4 yrs... Right now I’m really sick of Lazy, Ignorant, Egotistic Doctors... I’m alive right now No Thanks to them... as you can see, I’m pretty bitter... If I was diagnosed 3 yrs ago, my aunt would likely still be here... 😔

frenchmartin @layla81617 Is there any way your daughter could put a string (not stretchy) around his finger while he's sleeping? Make sure it fits over his knuckle. She could cut the string to fit. if she takes it too a jewelry store they could tell what size. I have a ring sizer with a bunch of plastic rings you try on to find the fit. Its been awhile but I remember it being just a fee $.. I'm happy to help best I can! I have more sizes available; its unlikely I dont have one that wont fit him 😊

frenchmartin @layla81617 Hello! I have done some thinking/comparing; I would hate for it to not fit correctly! I wear a 6 1/2 also on my ring finger but my rings are tight going over my knuckle. I tried this ring in a 7 1/4, it's a really good fit for me but I think it would be to tight for him. Mens bands are usually wider than womens so they fit alittle different; I assume makes a difference in the size... I have another that is a 7 3/4 that is loose on me but doesnt slip off; that may be the best fit...
