katszeker @luckygali45 Sharing items to a party: You will receive a party notification a day before the party. To share an item to a party, select My Closet. Select the item to share. Click on the specific item. Click on share symbol in the upper right hand corner of screen (left of Edit option). At the top of the Share Listing page, click on the party name to add your item to party. You should also share your items with your followers often for more exposure. Let me know if you have questions.

luckygali45 @isleofrose i had shipped something out on April 13th still has not been tracked or nothing usps has not scanned it or Nothing that’s someone personal stuff know I been trying on my end to context posh customer support I been to usps postal office they kee Saying when it gets delivered it will Be scanned well ovisley the item is sitting somewhere and not Being scanned @npsheller she’s been waiting patiently for about 4 weeeks know for this item.

luckygali45 @katszeker twice saying I shipped something out had something wrong with it but nothing was wrong with it when I shipped it out is there a lot of that going on a lot of my stuff is garage kept and may have a misty smell to it and I changed my about me to tell them all sales r final and that if u want clean b4 hand please let me know because when I shipped out this truth and pride jacket nothing was wrong .

katszeker @luckygali45 Unfortunately that has happened to me too. I disclosed every detail of a specific jacket. The buyer then opened a Poshmark complaint ticket stating there was something wrong. In my case, I think the buyer didn’t like the snug fit of the leather jacket. I had emphasized that the jacket ran small. It’s very annoying! Thankfully most buyers don’t carry on like that.

katszeker @luckygali45 When a case is opened, both buyer & seller have an opportunity to add notes. If you don’t agree w/ what buyer is saying, you can dispute the accusations. Buyer can post pictures. You can comment on the photos. Refer to photos you took. Dispute differences between their claims & photos you originally took. Then Poshmark makes a decision. Poshmark is on to unscrupulous buyers who damage an item because they’ve changed their mind or it doesn’t fit the way the like.

luckygali45 @katszeker we did that and they approved the case but they said if it comes back damaged I get a credit or something and they don’t get a refund till I get it back or something I’ve never had an issue I know I’m not a posh ambassador but like I have had one other person say the jacket smelt like smoke but they looved the jacket they said and they gave me a 5 star

luckygali45 I think it all depends on the person and who the person is and if it fits them and if it don’t fit them they come back as ohh it had a stain on it or ohh it smelt mildew or something like that cause u can’t get a refund if it don’t fit
